More than 220 students from Uplift Education in Dallas, Texas received financial empowerment training and scholarships from Westlake-based Charles Schwab. Uplift Education affiliated with CAPS Network in the spring of 2022 and plans to roll out elements of the CAPS model in Fall 2023.
