Registration to the event includes access to workshops and keynotes from Network members and partners. Your registration fee also includes group transportation to a site visit of area CAPS programs. For all registered attendees 3 lunches, 2 breakfasts and snacks will be provided. If you attend the pre-conference workshop additional food options will be provided. Your registration also invites you to join us for an opening night reception on Monday night.

We are very excited to welcome you to Velour Music Gallery in downtown Provo. This is within walking distance of Nu Skin and the Provo Marriott. The gathering starts at 5pm featuring heavy appetizers and a cash bar. At 6pm we welcome Charlie Jenkins and his band for a private concert!

Most attendees come ready for professional or business causal. Think along the lines of what you’d wear to a district professional development day. Monday night’s reception is casual.

Salt Lake City airport (SLC) is the largest airport servicing the area, but there is also an airport in Provo (PVU). Attendees will need to make their own transportation arrangements from the airports to the hotel and event center. Rental cars, public transportation (TRAX) and ride shares such as Uber or Lyft are available.

For attendees staying at a driving distance from Nu Skin, parking is available in the open lot on the southwest corner of Freedom Blvd and 100 South.

If you are staying at the Provo Marriott or another hotel within walking distance, we recommend you walk or use the free bus that runs up and down Central St.

First: Welcome! We are thrilled to have you as part of our Network ecosystem. Many people tell us Huddle is the highlight of their professional learning year and we hope the same is true for you.

This year we are excited to bring our first ever Pre-Huddle workshop. We will spend half a day covering CAPS Network 101 with topics like: defining the 5 core values, how to make the shift from “sage on the stage” to “guide on the side,” common tools of the trade, how to make the most of your Huddle experience and more!

Pre-Huddle is no additional cost to your Huddle registration. If you plan to attend this session, please consider arriving in Provo on June 25 because Pre-Huddle will start first thing in the morning on the 26th.
